To avoid interuption by call waiting service during a call to AMUG or other BBS, try the following prefix in your auto dial sequence...*70W495-1713. THE " *70 " Will deactivate call waiting FOR THIS CALL ONLY, the " W " tells the modem to wait for a dial tone before dialing the number. ( If your software doesn't have this function try a coma of two which causes a short dalay in Hayes commands.
